Chauvinist propaganda works according to “divide and rule” principle. On consent of the ruling regime fascists continue killing. Scholar and human rights champion Nicolay Guirenko, student antifascist Timur Kacharava, six year old Nilufar Sangboyeva and nine year old Hursheda Sultonova from Tadjikistan, student from Viet Nam Vu An Tuan, Leon Kanhem from Kamerun, other students from African anв Asian countries… Thousands of beaten and wounded people in our city alone.

     We are sure that there are many people in the city who are indignant with the murders which continue stimulated by the authorities. Still, many people believe that they can do nothing about it. That is wrong. Here are some things that everybody can do:

- discuss the situation with your friends, colleagues, neighbours, work mates. Try to persuade them to be intolerant to fascism. If possible, set up a group of supporters of anti-fascist movement;

- do not be afraid to criticize those who express fascist ideas, try to resist them everywhere you can. Do not shake hands with fascists. Do not let other people say dirty things about people of other ethnic background, explain to your children that it must not be done;

- help people of other ethnic origin who are near you to find accommodation, job, resist police voluntarism, defend themselves against street nazi;

- do not ignore fascist inscriptions and swastikas on the walls, these can be easily crossed out with a spray paint (available in shops). Gather information about any kind of fascist activity.
